CHAMPIONS - Event Ticket and Participation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Entry Tickets

1.1 Entry Tickets: All entry tickets for The Aesthetics Championship, the UK's first aesthetics competition are priced at £75. These tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend the event, changes in personal circumstances, or event cancellation.

2. Champions Day Participation Fee

2.1 Champions Day Ticket: If you are chosen to compete in the event, you are required to purchase a Champions Day ticket. The fee for the Champions Day ticket is £725.00 (one category), and payment must be made by Friday, 31st August 2024. Failure to make this payment by the specified date will result in forfeiture of your place in the competition.

2.2 Additional Category Fee
For those interested in competing in additional categories, there is an additional charge of £100 per category. Upon entry, you will initially only be required to pay £25 per category. However, when purchasing your Champions Ticket, you will need to pay the remaining £75 per category in addition to the existing £799 Champions Ticket fee. This ensures that all fees are settled before the event, allowing you to focus on showcasing your skills and enjoying the experience.
(Example TWO categories ticket = £799 +£100 total £899 etc)

3. Filler Purchase Requirement

3.1 Event-Specific Filler: All champions are required to purchase the filler of the event's choice on Champions Day. The cost of the filler is £25 per 1ml. This purchase is mandatory for all competitors to ensure consistency and fairness in the competition.

By purchasing an entry ticket or agreeing to compete as a champion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to understand and accept these terms before completing your purchase or confirming your participation.
