Non-Refundable Ticket Sales Policy

1. Congress Day & Evening Event Ticket Sales

1.1 Ticket Purchase: All tickets for the Day 2 event, including the Congress Day and Evening Event, are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend the event, changes in personal circumstances, or event cancellation.

1.2 Event Details: The Congress Day & Evening Event includes a full day of informative sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, followed by an evening event designed to celebrate and recognize achievements in the field of aesthetics.

1.3 No Refunds: All sales for the Congress Day & Evening Event tickets are final. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided for any reason.

1.4 Ticket Transfer: In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. To do so, you must notify the event organizers at least 7 days before the event with the new attendee's details. The event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny the transfer request.

By purchasing a ticket for the Congress Day & Evening Event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to understand and accept these terms before completing your purchase.
